Q. Do I have to set up an account?

A. You need to first register for an account. Once this has been completed you will need to “Log-In” via the “My Account” tab to see the wholesale prices.

 

Q. Is there a minimum order?

A. Yes, this is a business wholesales website and the minimum order requirement is £200.00 net before vat.

 

Q. Are there any carriage charges for delivery?

A. Goods are sent carriage free to any UK address excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. For delivery charges to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, please call 020 8676 7568.

A. Deliveries are normally received within 48 hours of placing the order.

Q. Is it possible to return products once they have been delivered?

A. It is normally possible to return products if they are not required, as long as they are still in the same condition as supplied, and provided that the purchaser returns the goods to the Pulse Wholesale address.
